Cooking Class #4


Oh man, tonight in class we made gnocchi with green beans and chicken saltimbocca (seared chicken with prosciutto, sage and blue cheese), and it was amazing. I hope to be able to make it again on Sunday. Also we made pizzettes, and fruits en papillote à la mode. (Pretty similar to the fruit I roasted back in the winter, but with pepper and a dash of Scotch! And wrapped in parchment paper.)
